BIZZNET REP CASH BACK PROGRAM - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By participating in the BIZZNET Rep Cash Back Program ("Program"), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Cash Back Eligibility:
- Reps will earn 10% cash back on each successful referral, which is defined as a new sponsor who signs up and completes the required steps to become an official BIZZNET sponsor.
- Cash back is only applicable to successful referrals. A successful referral means the referred sponsor has fulfilled all necessary terms to qualify and activate their sponsorship.
2. Payment Terms:
- Cash back payments will be made bi-weekly via the Square invoicing system. Payments will be processed after the end of each bi-weekly period and sent to the email address associated with your BIZZNET account.
- Payments are subject to Square’s processing fees. These fees are deducted by Square before your deposit is made, and BIZZNET has no control over or responsibility for these charges.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment details are accurate and up-to-date in the Square invoicing system. Any errors or issues with payments due to incorrect details are not the responsibility of BIZZNET.
3. Bank Fees:
- BIZZNET is not responsible for any overdraft, transaction fees, or personal bank fees incurred during the processing or receipt of cash back payments.
4. Independent Contractor Status:
- As a participant in the Program, you acknowledge and agree that you are an independent contractor, not an employee of BIZZNET. You are solely responsible for any business expenses, taxes, and other obligations that may arise from your participation in the Program.
- You are responsible for reporting your earnings and paying any applicable taxes related to your cash back payments.
5. Tax Responsibilities:
- You acknowledge that any cash back earnings you receive are subject to applicable local, state, and federal tax laws. You are solely responsible for calculating, reporting, and paying your own taxes. BIZZNET will not withhold taxes on your behalf.
6. Termination of Participation:
- BIZZNET reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to fraudulent or abusive referral activity, violation of these terms, or any other conduct detrimental to the Program or BIZZNET's interests.
- Upon termination, you will not be entitled to any further cash back payments unless otherwise stipulated.
7. General Terms:
- BIZZNET reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you or any third party.
- All cash back payments are subject to verification. BIZZNET reserves the right to withhold payments if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity or if the referred sponsor has not met the Program’s criteria.
- In the event of a dispute, BIZZNET’s decision will be final.
8. Agreement to Terms:
By participating in the BIZZNET Rep Cash Back Program, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions. Failure to comply with any of the terms may result in the suspension or termination of your participation in the Program.
